Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we request that you make contact with us through our email contact form or directly at: [email protected] regarding any concerns with your plants. To help expidite the process please include photos and any other information regarding your concerns.

We accept all questions about plant care at all times. There is no stupid question. We are here to help! You can contact us through many sources such as our contact form, on Insagram or Facebook and by direct email to [email protected]. We are always available to talk about plants it is our passion after all. You do not need to be an expert plant parent to enjoy a plant collection but some of our varieties do require special care. Doing some research before your plant arrives will ensure you are fully prepared to give your new plant baby the most optimal conditions for success.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Shipping and Handling fees after delivery
  • Phytosanitary certificates after delivery

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the defective plant.

Damaged in transit

If your plant comes in a damanged box please photo it before opening and record an unboxing video for insurance claims. Send details to us through email to [email protected].

We are not responsible for shipping delays please use your tracking number and contact the shipping company directly with any shipping related concerns. You may also contact us and we will also contact the shipping company as well.

If there is an issue with packaging we will replace your plant at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should email us at [email protected] to get more information prior to shipping.

Plants must be wrapped and packaged for secure shipping so that they do not move when the box is shaken and substrate should be contained and wrapped to avoid spilling inside the box. Damaged plants returned in poor condition due to improper shipping will only receive partial refunds. We request photos of the plant before it is shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
